GREAT SERVICE EVERY TIME!
Always get in touch with tent box when you have an issue, they are always very happy to help and their customer service is exceptional. The replacement parts and nuts I needed came very very quickly and with very little cost. These parts where not covered by the warranty but as I’ve had plenty of other costs covered by the warranty in the past I wasn’t unhappy about paying a few quid this time. The Tentbox is a heavy piece of kit. The security nuts allows you to leave it on your vehicle roof with a little bit more peace of mind. The Tentbox is an investment, keep it safe.

Good quality product!! And easy to use! Nothing flash about these but if it helps stop some chancer stealing my tent off my roof it’s well worth the money

WAY HANDIER THAN LOCKING NUTS!
Much handier to use than the locking nuts. Just be mindful to not lose the adapter! On some rooves like my tiguan the bolts are very close to the roof of the car which means locking nuts take forever to get on. With security nuts it's wayyyyy faster as you can spin them by hand most of the way.
