We ask for permission to use your images and videos to show TentBox products in real life. We may feature them across a variety of TentBox digital or physical mediums in order to do so as detailed below.
By replying to our request with the hashtag #YesTentBox, you agree to the following:
You grant TentBox Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any image or video you respond with using #YesTentBox (referred to hereafter as “content”) in our marketing and/or advertising. This includes use on our website, in social media, email newsletters, printed materials, event displays, retail environments, and any other marketing purposes.
You confirm that:
(i) You own all rights to the content,
(ii) You have obtained permission from anyone identifiable in the content to transfer the rights mentioned above, and
(iii) The use of the content by TentBox Limited does not infringe on any third-party rights or break any laws.
You release TentBox Limited from any obligation to pay you for the use of your content and waive any intellectual property claims related to the uses described above. You also agree to hold TentBox Limited and any affiliated parties harmless against any claims, demands, or liabilities that may arise in connection with our use of the content.
In order to revoke usage of content found in one of our Flows, you will be able to report the content in question and we will review the report & take appropriate action. In the instance of content being used for print mediums, we may be unable to revoke usage due to time and cost involved.
