Terms and conditions for refer a friend

The TentBox Refer a Friend Scheme ("Scheme") allows existing TentBox customers ("Referrers") to earn rewards by referring new customers ("Friends") to TentBox Ltd ("TentBox", "we", "us", "our").

By participating in the Scheme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


  1. Eligibility

    • Referrers must be existing TentBox customers in the UK.

    • Friends must be new customers who have not previously purchased from TentBox.

  2. How it Works

    • Referrers get a unique link after filling out the form.

    • Friends use the link to purchase any TentBox product.

    • The Friend receives £100 off any TentBox, and the referrer earns a £100 voucher to spend after the Friend's 21-day validation period ends.

  3. Reward Conditions

    • Rewards are issued after the Friend’s purchase is confirmed, and the 21-day validation period has passed without a return request.

    • Voucher codes are valid for 12 months.

    • Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Voucher codes cannot be combined. 

    • TentBox reserves the right to change the discount amount at any time, including the £100 off for friends and the £100 voucher for referrers.

  1. Limitations

    • No limit to the number of referrals.

    • Referral links must be shared privately and directly with Friends (e.g., through personal messages, emails, private groups, or word of mouth). Sharing referral links on public forums and groups (such as Facebook Community groups or similar platforms) is not permitted. Referral links shared in these environments will be removed, and any associated rewards will be invalidated.

  2. Abuse of Scheme

    • TentBox may monitor referral activity and take action if unusual patterns, suspicious behaviour, or fraudulent activity are detected.

    • TentBox reserves the right to cancel rewards or disqualify participants suspected of fraud or violating the T&Cs.

    • TentBox reserves the right to review and amend or cancel the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

  3. General

    • TentBox is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered submissions.

    • TentBox reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time.

    • These terms are governed by UK law.
