Ingredients:
- 2 x Bread rolls
- 12 x Pigs in blankets
- Spread
- Packet of stuffing
- Cranberry sauce
Method:
First you’ll need to boil some water for your stuffing. Empty the contents of the packet into a container, and add the boiling water as per the instructions on the box. Mix it up, then cover and leave it to the side while you get on with everything else.
Turn the stove to a medium heat. Fry your pigs in blankets in the non-stick pan, turning occasionally until fully cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare your bread rolls with spread.
When everything is cooked to your liking, add the pigs in blankets and a few spoonfuls of stuffing to each bread roll. Top with a drizzle of cranberry sauce and enjoy!
