The TentBox Community headed to Wales last month for the biggest Takeover event yet at Coco’s Wild Camp.
With over 70 TentBoxes set within the stunning Welsh countryside, it was the perfect opportunity for the community to get together, share stories and relax in the great outdoors. These were some of the highlights.
Picturesque views
With the campsite offering incredible views over the rolling Welsh hills, the community gathered at the highest level for the ultimate viewing experience. It was the perfect setting to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and even a spot of stargazing from the comfort of the TentBox.
Free-roaming animals
Coco’s is a 400 acre sheep and beef farm which has been run by the family for four generations. Goats, donkeys, horses and sheep roam free across the fields, making for some excellent entertainment during the weekend.
Communal campfire
As the sun started to set, we gathered around Coco’s huge firepit to share stories and laughs while basking in the glow of the flames. It was a cosy spot for the community to make friends and memories.
Live music
Some talented people had brought guitars and other instruments with them, allowing the sound of live music to drift through the campsite. It was a really lively and welcoming vibe, transforming the Takeover into a vibrant celebration of everything TentBox stands for – enjoying the simple pleasures of life in a beautiful countryside setting.
Off-roading
For the thrill-seekers and adventure enthusiasts, a little drive off the beaten track to enjoy the surroundings was in order. An experienced off-roader led a group of drivers along a scenic green lane where we navigated muddy paths and dusty tracks for a really unique experience.
