Tools Required:

  • 2 x 13 mm spanner

  • 1 x 10 mm Spanner

  • 1 x Phillips screwdriver

  • 1 x Tape-measure

Build Time:

  • Approx 45 minutes

  • Persons required to assemble: 1

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Unbox and lay out all parts in the box.

  2. Lay out all the fixings (this will help with assembly time and ensure you have everything to hand). Note: There are extra fixings in each bag. This has been done in case some go missing during assembly.

  3. Use the Phillips screwdriver to fix the two L-shaped poles together to form a single U-shaped frame.

  4. Slot the now ‘U’ frame into the spigots of the base section and fix using the correct nut and bolt.

    • The washer sits close to the head of the bolt, whereas the spring washer sits on the side with the nut.

    • You'll need both 13mm spanners for this bit.

  5. Find the central poles – these are the ones with 4 holes all in line. Fix these in the frame with the correct bolts, following the same washer arrangement as before.

    • Start with fixing the bottom. (Note: the bottom of the pole is the side without the 4 aligned holes).

    • Again, for this step, you'll need both 13 mm spanners.

    • To fix the top, lean the ‘U’ frame forward slightly to allow the bolt to feed through smoothly.

  6. The next step is fixing the wheels. To do this, flip the entire Storage Trolley to gain access underneath.

  7. Fixing the wheels:

    • Fit the two braked wheels on the same side – we recommend placing them at the rear for easier control.

    • Starting with the rear, fix the wheels using the bolt. Washer arrangement: Place the spring washer on the bolt, then the flat washer.

    • Repeat this for all fixing that are on the rear side of the Storage Trolley

    • To fix the wheels on the front of the Storage Trolley, you'll need both 13mm spanners

    • The bolt head and flat washer should be on the side that would be the top of the trolley was upright, and the nut and spring washer should be on the underside.

  8. Once all wheels are securely attached, flip the trolley to be upright again.

  9. Next, attach the accessory holding bracket to the central poles. For this, you’ll need the Phillips head screwdriver and the 10mm spanner.

    • Attach these so that the long side of the bolt is facing towards the front of the Storage Trolley.

    • Make sure to have the flat washer behind the head of the bolt.

  10. Once this is done, you can either place the webbing straps in the bag provided or attach them to the trolley. This bag is also to be used to store the TentBox brackets.

  11. The assembly is now complete.

  12. If you’d like to attach the foam pads, please continue. You'll need a tape measure.

    • Measure 100mm from the edge and stick the foam pad here. This dimension has been chosen to account for the cargo gas strut.
