The Thermal Kit easily attaches to the inside of your TentBox Cargo 2.0, creating a warm and cosy sleeping area for year-round adventures.
For easy installation, please follow these instructions for your Thermal Kit.
Step 1: Attach the Thermal Kit
- Unclip the roof storage pockets.
- Clip in the four points of the Thermal Kit, starting from the bottom corners and working your way up.
Step 2: Reattach the storage pockets

If you're not already inside, unzip the window of the Thermal Kit and climb inside the TentBox for this step.
- Once the Thermal Kit is fully clipped in, reattach the storage pockets over the top.
- Thread the clips through the holes in the fabric to keep the Thermal Kit from sagging.
Step 2: Secure the fabric
- Tuck the bottom edge of the fabric under the mattress to keep it snug and in place.
Once installed, you can leave it inside the TentBox all winter, so you’re always ready for adventure.
