What made you choose TentBox?

"To be honest, I wasn't really a camper before I got my TentBox. I'd only ever really camped at festivals. I've had my eye on one of these for a long time. It's a different level altogether. You're elevated, you're not on the ground with any creepy crawlies or any dew."

"It feels so special every time I open it. It feels like I'm glamping rather than ordinary camping, which of course, I am! It's the best thing I've ever bought.”

What sort of adventures have you been on?

The TentBox community has taken their roof tents all over the world – from weekends away in the English countryside to expeditions in the Arctic Circle.

But TentBoxing doesn’t even have to involve overnight trips. You can pitch up anywhere you can park your car, in pub car parks or beside the beach. It’s the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the views in comfort and style. 

"It's great for doing stuff like this. I don't have to sleep in it overnight. I can come down to the beach, have a paddle and a coffee, and just do what I'm doing now – watch the waves and enjoy the view." 

Where will the TentBox take you next?

"I've got lots of trips planned. I'm staying in a forest in Kent soon with a paddleboarding group. Then I'm camping next to the River Wye in Wales.

"I've also got some local trips planned. I live in Dorset which is beautiful. So I'll be going to the New Forest a few times, then off to a campsite next to Durdle Door to do some sea-swimming and paddling."

Any tips for people looking to buy a TentBox?

"Do it! And don't wait as long as I did. If you're considering buying a TentBox, I highly recommend it. Just go for it. It's a game changer, it really is."
